We will work our design skills, turning your vision into a CAD design for you to approve.

We will send over the CAD design for you to look over & approve before continuing. Once approved, we will continue.

We will bring your design to life by creating your piece with all the details shown in the approved CAD design.

We triple inspect, pack & ship your gorgeous design & ship it off ready for you to receive. It will be carefully packed & shipped with insurance & signature confirmation to insure it arrives to you safely.

What Shipping Methods do you offer?

We offer several shipping methods for you to select from during checkout. We include FREE Insured Continental US Shipping. Or you can Choose Priority, or Express Mail during checkout.

International orders we offer Priority, Express, DHL or UPS.

Do I have to Sign for my package?

Yes, all our orders are Require an Adult signature to make sure your Special piece arrives safely.

How long will Creation time take for my order?

It depends on the design you choose. Creation time usually takes 2-4 weeks.

**Specialty Gems (Peach, Padparadscha & Yellow Sapphires, Salt & Pepper Diamonds & Grey Moissanite), Specialty Cuts (Hexagon, Tapered Baguettes, Trapezoid, Half Moons), Custom sizes-Including Larger & Smaller Ring & Gem sizes + Custom Orders can take approx 6-8 weeks

-This does not include transit time.
