If your size has changed significantly, we can remake your ring to fit comfortably — or help you create something completely new and customized.
Gemstone upgrade
Want a larger center stone? A different gem shape or type? We can remake your current ring or start fresh with a new or custom design.

If your original design no longer feels like you, we’re here to help you choose something that does — whether it’s a new setting or a fully custom piece.

Accidents happen. If your piece can’t be restored to its original condition, upgrading is a great option to honor the original while creating something new.

Select a different design from our existing collection — ideal when you're ready for something fresh and different.

When you're dreaming of something truly one-of-a-kind that doesn’t exist yet — let us design it just for you!
How It Works
Send Us Photos & Details
Share images and a description of your current piece and its condition.
1. Choose Your Upgrade Path
Let us know if you’d like:
– A remake of your original design
– A new design from our shop
– A fully custom design
2. Get a Credit Toward Your New Piece
A portion of your original purchase may be credited toward the upgrade (based on condition, original value, etc.). We’ll provide a full quote after review.
3. Secure Your Custom Listing
Once the upgrade is confirmed, we’ll send you a private checkout link
4. Send in Your Original Piece
Once we receive it, we’ll inspect it to confirm all details match what was provided and that no unauthorized changes have been made.
5. We Create Your New Design
After everything is confirmed, we begin crafting your upgraded piece. When complete, your new design will be shipped with full care and insured delivery.
-We only offer upgrades on original pieces purchased directly from Wan Love Designs.
-Upgrades are available to the original purchaser only.
-All upgrades require a fee, even if the new design is priced lower. This covers the cost of creating a brand-new piece, including materials, labor, and design work.
