Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Items must be shipped back within: 3 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders (Including Larger Ring sizes-Over size 8 or Smaller-4 & under), Gems larger than 9mm, Specialty gems (Peach, Padparadscha & Yellow Sapphires, Salt & Pepper Diamonds & Grey Moissanite), Specialty cuts & Engraved designs)
  • Diamond Rings are Custom made
  • Salt & Pepper Diamond Rings are Custom made
  • Items on sale/received a discount
  • Any designs that have been remade or an Upgrade

**Please Note we are Always still here for you. All items not able to be returned are still part of our Upgrade Program & you can still upgrade at any time. **Pricing will depend on upgrades you would like to make or New Design, etc


Returns & Exchange details

Returns/Exchanges
We accept Returns/Exchanges within 3 days of receipt of your package. **Must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt.

Excluding-Custom Designs, Lab Diamond Rings, Salt & Pepper Diamond Rings, Engraved pieces, Custom Larger Ring sizes, Rings Including the following-Specialty gems (Peach, Padparadscha & Yellow Sapphires), Specialty cuts (Hexagon, Tapered Baguettes, Trapezoid & Half Moons), Gems larger than 9mm, Layaway/Payment plans, Rushed orders or Sale items.

 

Item must be returned in Original, New & Unused, UnAltered condition. All packaging must be returned with your piece & the tag must Not be removed. Before Returning you must contact us to receive an Authorization number & reason for return.

 

Exchanges can be done for items of equal or greater value (cannot be returned/exchanged for another size).

 

For Returned pieces there is a 20% restocking fee. Item may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35% if all directions aren't followed. Any item Returned in Worn/Used, Tag removed (or showing signs of wear),

 

Damaged Condition or Altered in any way will be refused. All shipping (including shipping to you, even if it was included in the price) is Non-Refundable & you are responsible for the shipping fees back to us.

Cancellations are also subject to a 20% restocking fee as all items are created just for you. Once your piece has been started, we can't cancel your order.

**International Customers-All Custom fees to you & if any are incurred during shipping back to us are Non-Refundable & will be deducted from your Refund/Exchange

*Custom Designs*
Once full payment is made we create a CAD (3D computer image of your design) & you let us know if you like it or want any changes (you have up to 3 minor changes or there will be additional fees)


***Please note-Once CAD is agreed upon there cannot be any modifications or alterations. Custom designs cannot be Returned or Exchanged. All work is Designed & Created by WanLoveDesigns, we will own the Rights to all Custom Designs.

Please note quotes are valid for 24 hours. Prices subject to change based on Gold & Gem pricing. They are commodities & based on up to date current gold market prices. Not responsible for misunderstandings or typos. On Sale prices are Valid during sale times only. Multiple Sales/Coupons cannot be combined.

*Exclusive Custom Designs*
We also offer exclusive designs. Please let us know prior to quote that you would like an Exclusive Design. This will be created Exclusively for you & will be extra charges for the exclusivity & Rights.

How to ship your item to us
**Please make sure you ship the same way we shipped to you.
1-Print out a Copy of our receipt & write a note with the Reason you are shipping to us & Authorization #
2-Place your ring box in a bag or use something to keep it from moving around during shipping 
3-Place the Piece back in the Original Box or Similar Box 
4-Package must be insured.
5-Let us know its been shipped & send us the Tracking number to your package
**We are not responsible for Lost/Missing or Damaged items & cannot resume responsibility for not shipping as described

 

Payments

We accept Credit card payments through our Secure checkout, Paypal, Bank wire transfer, & Postal money orders.

**Please make sure you use a confirmed address at checkout & double check this is your correct address you would like your order shipped to. This address cannot be changed.

~Layaway/Payment Plans~
Sure, we can create a custom payment plan for you. We have options for all budgets, please contact us with what you're interested in. Please note, a small fee will be added for our fees incurred from accepting smaller/multiple payments.

Here's how it works
We work with all budgets so we can create the ring of your dreams. There is a $5 processing fee per payment (for fees incurred). There is No interest & No credit checks. We offer up to 60 days to complete payments.

How to start?
You purchase the ring exactly as you would like it (incl size, metal, center gem, etc). During checkout you choose "other" as the payment. Each time you're ready to make a payment you let us know the amount & we will send you over a Paypal invoice.

We start your order once payments are complete.

All items are created just for you & your specifications. It usually take 2-6 weeks (4-6 weeks+ for custom gems), not including holidays, for your ring to be completed, Once all Payments are complete. All Payments are non-refundable.

 

Creation time

Please note- we have a 2-6 week creation time (not inducing holidays) from the time payment clears. All pieces are handmade Just for You & your specifications. Please note sometimes there are some things out of our control that might cause a delay in your order. Such as custom cut & Specialty gems, etc. Custom rings to your specifications will have a longer creation time, Average is 6-8 weeks (depending on complexity). This time is for creating your piece only & does not include shipping/transit time.

**Please note if your ring has Custom cut Specialty gems (such as Light Pink Sapphire, Peach Sapphire, Teal Spinel or Alexandrite, etc) this can increase the the time it takes for your ring to be completed. Time frame is about 4-6+ for Custom gems (not inducing holidays). The cutters we use can get busy, which can delay the time it takes for us to receive them. Their gems are really Amazing & worth the wait.

~Shipping~
Orders are shipped after your piece has been completed & full payment/payments have been fully cleared.

US Orders
All our items are safely shipped via Free Shipping, USPS Priority, or can be upgraded to Express for an additional cost. All packages are Insured for safety. Shipped to a confirmed address & Please note **Adult Signature is required.

International Orders
Are Shipped International Priority mail, or can be upgraded to Express for an additional cost. All packages are insured & also require as Adult signature. You are responsible for all import costs & taxes/duties (this is determined by your countries customs & we have no control over this. These fees do not come to us & are not charged by us).

**Please make sure someone is available to sign for your package. This is the safest way for your protection**

Additional policies and FAQs

Lifetime Checkup & Cleaning
You can send your piece in to be Checked & Cleaned every 6 months to a year. You are responsible for shipping to us & Return shipping back to you. Please contact us before shipping any items.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
We want you to feel comfortable purchasing from us & care about each piece we create.

If there is Manufacturer defect with your ring, we will repair it for you. Please contact us with photos & details. If the damage is not due to a defect we will let you know what the options are. Our Warranty doesn't cover normal wear & tear, or intentional/unintentional/misuse damage. You are responsible for shipping to us & Return shipping back to you.

Should another jeweler alter the piece in any way (including resizing), this will void the warranty. Any damage that has been done intentionally, or from improper use, will also void the warranty. Please take care of your piece & treat it delicately (as with any jewelry)

Please wear your jewelry with the tender loving care it deserves. Should the piece be damaged in any way from intentional/unintentional misuse, this will void the warranty (not limited to physical or chemical damage)

Not included in the Warranty
-Normal wear & Tear from daily use
-Intentional/Unintentional/Misuse Damage
-Damage/Discoloration from chemicals (some examples-chlorine, pools, cleaning products, etc)
-Damage to prongs (bent, broken, caught on something) due to daily wear/use/misuse causing gems to get loose or fall out
-Chipping or breaking of gems due to use/misuse causing gems to get loose or fall out
-Loss or theft of gems

You will be responsible to ship it back to us safely & properly packaged in boxes & something to keep it from moving around & Return shipping back to you. Please make sure the package is fully insured. We are not responsible for lost/missing or damaged packages. If it is not a defect, we will still be here to help you. We can repair your piece for a small fee + Shipping. *Please note we don't accept packages for repair during busy times such as Wedding Season & other busy holidays, so you won't be without your special piece for longer.

Additional policies and FAQs

Care
If you're doing heavy work, etc jewelry is supposed to be removed. You shouldn't use solvents, etc on your jewelry either (incl hand sanitizers, jewelry shouldn't be worn in swimming pools/chlorine, or exposed to any chemicals, etc). When you shower rings should be removed & not put back on until after you're finished with your routine (especially lotion, since that can give the ring & gems a dirty appearance). When you're sleeping it's best to remove jewelry as it can hit your headboard & accidentally damage your ring or gems. Please do not do activities like wear your ring to the gym, gardening & the like. Latex/Nitrile/Rubber gloves can/will loosen the prongs & cause gems to fall out. Do not use Ultrasonic cleaners on your piece/s. The strong vibrations can cause prongs to loosen & loose gems.

Our Silver wrapped in Rhodium rings, will need to be re-dipped. You can have it done locally or send it to us for $35 + Shipping. This is not included in the warranty. With proper care you shouldn't have to do this more then once a year. The way you care for your piece will determine how long this will last. Please make sure you follow proper Jewelry Care.

Cleaning
Warm water with a little liquid soap & a soft bristle toothbrush (toddler/baby works great) is the best way to clean your ring at home without damaging it. Then dry by gently patting with a soft cloth. Do not use Ultrasonic cleaners on your piece/s. The strong vibrations can cause prongs to loosen & loose gems.

Important Sizing Information
**Please make sure you choose the correct size. Wearing a ring too big can be easily damaged from being knocked around. Should you need to resize after your ring is received, We can resize it for you, but there will be a $35-$65 fee (higher prices for some larger sizes). Plus the cost of shipping. Please note, rings can Only be resized a certain amount or will need to be remade at an additional cost. Eternity bands are Not resizable. Please make sure the package is insured & properly packaged in boxes & something to keep it from moving around. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Center gems (damaged or lost) are not covered under our warranty. We always suggest having them insured. This can be done under your homeowners/renter policy.
