How long will it take to receive my order?
Creation time varies depending on the design and materials selected. On average, orders take approximately 2–6 weeks to create.
Please note that pieces featuring custom specialty gemstones (such as Peach, Padparadscha, or Yellow Sapphires), larger stones over 9mm, or specialty cuts (including Hexagon, Tapered Baguettes, Trapezoids, and Half Moons) may require 6–8 weeks.
For fully custom designs, the estimated production time is also 6–8 weeks.

What Shipping methods do you offer?
We offer several shipping options at checkout. All continental U.S. orders include FREE insured shipping.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting Priority or Express Mail at checkout.
For international orders, we offer shipping via Priority, Express, DHL, or UPS.

– An adult signature is required for all deliveries to ensure your special piece arrives safely.
– Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package.
